Spreading New Year Cheer
to Persatuan Cerebral Palsy Johor
6 February 2020 - As part of UMLand Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), UMLand Southern handed over RM2,000.00 of cash contribution to Persatuan Cerebral Palsy Johor during a Media Luncheon event at Amari Hotel, Johor Bahru.
The event was organized as a platform to gather with the local media and reveal the group’s annual projections including launches in Taman Seri Alam and Taman Seri Austin, and also commemorate milestones of the group in 2019.
“As we embark on future projects in the current economic slow-down facing the country, we need to be on our toes to meet the ever changing business and customers’ requirements. However, with our trusted UMLand brand and your support, we are optimistic 2020 will propel us through the challenges and bring us to greater heights,” said KK Wong, Group Director of Townships, UMLand in his welcome address.
KK Wong handed over the contribution to Mdm Jessica Ong, Finance Coordinator of Persatuan Cerebral Palsy Johor. “We hope to be able to continue to play a part in helping the less fortunate in the community and contributing in lives of those in need,” he added.
The Persatuan Cerebral Palsy Johor, formerly known as the Spastic Children’s Association of Johor has been sanctuary to children and adults with Cerebral Palsy, contributing to their development and care for the past 52 years.
